Tips to preserve trophies.
Deer– Bring the whole hide and head. It’s better to have too much than not enough. Roll or fold the hide with the hair side out starting at the tail and working to the head. If it will be frozen then double wrap in trash bags and freeze.
Small mammals / coyotes– Bring the whole body un-skinned. Fresh or frozen double wrap in trash bags.
Fish– Wrap the whole fish (do not gut the fish) in newspaper and then double bag it and freeze. TAKE PICTURES. Fish start loosing color as soon as they die so to get an accurate recreation I need good reference pictures of you fish. No two are the same.
Euro Mounts– Wrap in a trash bag and bring in as soon as possible. If they start to rot there will be an extra charge.
